ImageWasher – Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
ImageWasher is an image processing tool that provides the following functions:
- Removal of image metadata (including EXIF, GPS, camera data, and AI-generation indicators)
- Pixel-level transformation through Image Data Regeneration
- Random brightness and saturation adjustments
- Random noise overlay application
- Optional border application
ImageWasher is a processing tool only and does not control, monitor, or take responsibility for how resulting images are used after processing.
2. User Responsibility and Copyright Compliance
By using this service, you agree that:
- You own the rights to the images you upload or have obtained lawful permission to use them
- You will not upload images that infringe the rights of others, including copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, or trademark rights
- You will not use this service for illegal purposes such as copyright infringement, impersonation, defamation, or the creation of deceptive or harmful content
Any legal responsibility arising from improper use of third-party images lies solely with the user. ImageWasher and its operators assume no liability.
3. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee:
- Complete anonymity
- 100% untrackability
- Fitness for a specific purpose
- Legal safety or compliance of the final image
- Perfect image quality or accuracy
ImageWasher is not responsible for:
- How processed images are used
- Legal disputes arising from image usage
- Any direct or indirect damages related to the use of this service
All responsibility remains with the user.
4. ImageWasher Internal Marker
ImageWasher removes all existing metadata from uploaded images.
However, a minimal internal marker may be embedded into the image file solely for:
- User convenience
- Error prevention
- Service stability
This marker:
- Contains no personal information
- Does not identify the user
- Is not used for tracking, analytics, advertising, profiling, or data collection
- Is never shared with third parties
- Has no effect on external platforms or other services
It exists only to support service functionality and improve user experience.
5. No Tracking or Data Ownership
ImageWasher does not:
- Track image usage
- Store unnecessary personal data
- Sell, analyze, or redistribute images
- Claim ownership of any uploaded or processed images
All rights remain with the lawful owner of the image.
6. Service Changes and Termination
ImageWasher may modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
ImageWasher is not responsible for any interruption or termination of access.
